MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., May 23, 2018Â –Â More than 45,000 gathered in U.S. Bank Stadium to worship at Pulse Twin Cities last Friday, with more than 8,800 attendees responding to the Gospel. The free event, with which more than 750 local churches partnered, featured music artists Lecrae, Tye Tribbett, and Hillsong Young & Free, dance crew Jabbawockeez, Mike Lindell of MyPillow, and evangelist Nick Hall. A historical night on many levels, the event also set the new Guinness World Record for the largest pillow fight-giving away 70,000 pillows in the process from MyPillow.
“Revival starts with events like this!” said Nick Hall, evangelist and founder of PULSE. “We’re filling stadiums and declaring the name of Jesus because He alone is worthy, and can use anyone willing to say yes. This is only the beginning of what God is doing in the Twin Cities, and just a glimpse of the fearless and faith-filled generation that God is calling.”
PULSE is now looking toward their biggest event of the year: the next Together event at Texas Motor Speedway, Oct. 20-21, 2018. In a short five months, PULSE will bring the message of the Gospel to the NASCAR venue which could hold nearly a quarter of a million people. Together 2018 will call and equip the next generation to move closer to one another, Jesus, and the world He loves.
Like Pulse Twin Cities, Together 2018 will be free to the public and will feature an all-star lineup of music artists and speakers, including Hillsong Worship, Jesus Culture, Tye Tribbett, Lecrae, Nick Hall, Brian Houston, Ravi Zacharias, Sammy Rodriguez, Priscilla Shirer, Dr. Tony Evans, Banning Liebscher and more.
WHEN: Oct. 20 – 21, 2018
WHERE: Texas Motor Speedway
“In an age defined by division that often labels us as those who are for and against politics, issues and each other-Jesus invites all of us to move closer,” said Nick Hall, PULSE founder and evangelist. “Together is about calling people from all backgrounds to move closer to Jesus and the world around us. We’ll celebrate Jesus and unleash a generation to follow Him.”
